3. Does La Liga Have Fantasy Football?

Yes. Spain has an official game called LALIGA Fantasy, featuring players from Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético Madrid and the rest of La Liga.

The basic objective resembles FPL: build a squad, stay within the available budget and earn points from real performances. However, LALIGA Fantasy places greater emphasis on buying and selling players through its transfer market.

Player values can change according to demand and performance, making trading an important part of the game. Managers are not simply choosing the players they expect to score the most points; they may also attempt to increase their squad value.

4. Does the Bundesliga Have Fantasy Football?

Germany also has an official competition called Bundesliga Fantasy Manager. From the 2026/27 season, the game is available through the official Bundesliga app.

Managers receive a budget of €150m to select a 15-player squad. Points are awarded for a broad range of actions, meaning players can produce strong scores without necessarily registering a goal or assist.

The Bundesliga game is generally more generous with transfers than FPL. This allows managers to respond quickly to changes in form, fixtures and team news rather than saving transfers for several weeks.

5. Does the Champions League Have Fantasy Football?

UEFA operates an official Champions League Fantasy game throughout the league phase and knockout rounds.

Managers select a 15-player squad with a €100m starting budget. The game permits manual substitutions within a matchday, provided the replacement player has not yet played. Managers can also change their captain between playing days within the same matchday.

That creates an additional tactical decision. An early captain can be replaced after a disappointing score, but removing the original captain means losing his doubled points.

Champions League Fantasy also includes the Wildcard and Limitless chips. The latter temporarily removes normal budget restrictions, allowing managers to select an expensive squad for one matchday.

6. Does Ligue 1 Have Fantasy Football?

Ligue 1 has an official fantasy game, but its structure is noticeably different from FPL.

A new contest opens for each Ligue 1 gameweek. Managers build a team within a €200m budget and can select a maximum of three players from the same club.

This round-by-round format reduces the long-term consequences of a poor decision. Instead of protecting team value or planning transfers several weeks ahead, managers can concentrate on the immediate fixtures.

7. Does Serie A Have Fantasy Football?

Yes, although Italian fantasy football has developed differently from FPL.

Fantacalcio is deeply embedded in Italian football culture. Many competitions use an auction format in which each player can belong to only one manager in a private league. That differs from FPL, where millions of managers can own the same player.

The auction creates scarcity. If one manager signs a leading striker, nobody else in that private league can select him unless he is later traded or released.

8. Is There a Fantasy Game for the Championship?

Fantasy EFL covers the Championship, League One and League Two.

Rather than selecting a traditional 15-player squad, managers choose seven players and two clubs from across the three EFL divisions. The club selections can earn points based on their real results.

This creates an unusually large player pool and rewards knowledge beyond the Championship’s most famous teams. Managers can select a maximum of two players from one club during a Gameweek.

Fantasy EFL is particularly suitable for supporters who follow the English lower divisions closely or want a game with fewer template teams than FPL.

9. Do the World Cup and EURO Have Fantasy Football?

FIFA and UEFA usually launch official fantasy games for their major international tournaments.

FIFA operated an official game during the 2026 World Cup, allowing managers to select a 15-player squad from the participating nations. UEFA also provides fantasy football for the European Championship when the tournament takes place.

These are temporary competitions rather than permanent games. Registration normally opens shortly before the tournament and the game ends after the final.

Their shorter duration encourages aggressive decisions. Managers have fewer rounds to recover from a poor captaincy choice, while squad rotation becomes especially important once teams qualify for the knockout stage.

10. Does MLS Have Fantasy Football?

MLS also offers an official fantasy experience. The game was relaunched with Kickbase for the 2026 season, introducing real-time scoring across a wide range of actions.

MLS Fantasy is a useful alternative for managers who want to continue playing during parts of the year when most European leagues are between seasons. However, fixture congestion and teams playing different numbers of matches can make planning more complicated.
